Established in the year 2018 in Vizag, RK Consultancy has taken long strides in providing numerous projects for clients barring from India as well as abroad.

The policy of RK Consultancy is to provide training, manpower, marine manning and training as required by our principals in an economical, efficient and effective manner whilst meeting the basic IWCF, Well Control, HSE and offshore Oil field requirements. To satisfy our principals and achieve continual improvement, we have established a Quality Management System that meets the requirements.

Management : In order to successfully run and progress RK Consultancy, a group of talented and experienced managers has been assembled. Utilizing a variety of skills and perspectives, from business development, service delivery and directing, the management team has ensured RK Consultancy will continue to be an international success.

Finance : The finance division is responsible for delivery of all integrated financial services, including crucial payroll delivery to Contractors. The division successfully balances the needs of Contractors, Clients and Candidates on a day-to-day basis.

Contractor Management Services : Contractor Management Services department offers a range of follow through services to Clients following the initial recruitment. This includes pre-employment requirements, contract compilation, immigration requirements, mobilizations and other arrangements needed to create a smooth transition for Clients to on-board new Contractors.

Quality Assurance, Quality Control : In order for RK Consultancy to maintain excellent standards and procedures, the Quality Assurance, Quality Control department directs and controls policy. In this way, processes in RGM’s international operations are maintained to the cohesive, first-rate standard the industry expects.

Recruitment Services : Sourcing individuals or entire teams on a short/long term contract or staff basis, RK Consultancy offers a comprehensive global service designed to specifically address our Client’s requirements. We recruit all levels of seniority for engineering, technical, project management and essential support personnel based remotely on site or in a corporate environment.

For highly confidential and/or senior positions, RK Consultancy will implement a targeted global search campaign to identify highly sought after Candidates on behalf of our Client base. Our team of Specialists are trained in all aspects of the search process.

Our Scope Of Work And Responsibility Includes :

• Sourcing of experienced and safety oriented crew.
• Selection.
• Undergo intensive training in association with DG and OPITO approved Institute - Suraksha Marine (IWCF, HUET, STCW-2010, HSE, BOSIET).
• Comprehensive Pre Employment Medicals and stringent Annual medical checkup.
• Completion and obtaining (with client assistance) Ticket & Visas.
• Work gear.
• Insurance cover during the entire term of the contract.
• Payment and management of crew wages.
• Hospitalization & complete medical care (incl. repatriation) in case of an accident as per Principal’s policy.
• Arranging & assistance for various courses based on client requirements.
• Local travel, hotel food in country of employment.
• Full time dedicated Personnel Coordinator, committed to your operation based in the area of operation & will be responsible for these functions and will report to the client on a daily basis.
