My research interests are broadly in the design, modeling, and performance evaluation of distributed systems. I use several techniques, including Stochastic Geometry, Coupled Processor models, Mean Field theory, and Network Calculus, among others.

More recently, I have been working on:

• Gossip-based learning schemes:

• Design and evaluation of dynamic network management schemes for wireless networks;

• Probabilistic spatial information storage paradigms (Floating Content);

• QoS provisioning in vehicular networks;

• Issues of IoT integration; and 

• QoS guarantees in avionic networks.
