Welcome to The River Run Estates Subdivision

River Run Estates is a small residential community located off of Boyd’s Creek Highway in Sevier County Tennessee. We are nestled along the French Broad River and enjoy nearby views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our community consists of retirees, working families and newlyweds.
