Annual Dues Once a year residents are asked to contribute to the maintenance and operating expenses of our subdivision. Dues for 2023 will be $120 per household. Our Early Bird special this year runs through March 31, 2023 with dues being only $105. This payment allows us to meet our normal operating expenses.

We pay for tree and shrub care, mowing, mulching, fertilizing, weed control, water, lighting/electric and general maintenance of the large lawn areas and six monuments. This is an area of over 2,250 curb-length feet and well over 60,000 square feet.
