Research

In 2014 Emma Grace Mitchell was Ribbons of Hope’s first recipient to receive assistance from the Patient Program from which the Ribbons of Hope Foundation (ROHF) was created. Princess Emma Grace Mitchell passed away on September 15, 2014, after battling brain cancer for 27 months. Not only was it a hard battle for her, but for her family and friends, as well. Shortly after her death, a once vision became a reality in December of 2015 when ROHF announced adding an additional program the Emma Grace Mitchell Cancer Research Program. Because childhood cancer receives the least amount of attention of all the cancer programs, ROHF will give monetary grants to researchers in an effort to provide them the funds needed for a breakthrough in childhood cancer trials. For 2016 ROHF's goal for the Emma Grace Mitchell fund is $25,000. We cannot do this without your help.
