Classes

Entry Fees – make check payable to Rhythm & Blues Equestrian Center.

Mail entries to Show Secretary or enter online through EquestrianEntries.com.

Entries must be received by the closing date.

Class Fees:

One Class $35

Two Classes $60


Lunch and refreshments are included. Negative Coggins within 1 year required and proof of EHV/Rhino vaccination within 6 months. Payment is due with entry. Incomplete entries will be waitlisted until complete. REFUNDS: No refunds after the closing date. Prior to closing date - Cancellations prior to closing date will be refunded less $15 office fee. After Closing Date - NO REFUNDS will be given to CANCELLATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE. Management may allow entry to be carried forward if requested prior to schedule posting. Management reserves the right to cancel any classes due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, accident, or emergency. No REFUNDS for cancellations due to hazardous weather, Acts of GOD, accidents or emergencies.

Ride Times: will be posted on Foxvillage.com. Times posted Wednesday prior to show. Make any scheduling requests on your entry. All efforts will be made to accommodate requests. Priority will be given to complete entries and those with multiple horses. Levels will run high to low. Group classes will most likely be held at end of day.

Classes: All tests will be current USEF and FEI tests.

Arenas and Footing: All tests will be ridden in an outdoor arena in a standard dressage arena (20 x 60 m). All warm-up will be ridden in the indoor arena. Sand/felt footing is used in indoor and Ring 1 outdoor arena; Ring 2 outdoor arena is sand. Dedicated Lunging Area will be available. NO WARM UP or LUNGING in PARKING AREA or outside of designated areas.

Awards: Six ribbons per test. Each score over 60% earned at shows 1 – 3 will qualify for the championship show. Ribbons and prizes will not be mailed. Scores will be submitted to ESDCTA for Year-End Awards.

Championship Show: In addition to the regular class offerings, the September show will offer a championship class at each level. Separate awards for AA and Juniors at each level. Qualifying horse and rider combinations will be posted on the Website.

Attire and Equipment: Riders must be neatly attired, and horses properly presented. Shirt with sleeves required, half chaps allowed, braiding optional. Colorful attire is encouraged. ASTM/SEI Helmet required when mounted. USDF equipment rules are followed. Proper footwear must be worn at all times, no sandals.

Directions From Exit 60A-309S off 78E - Bear right before light - Turn right onto W Saucon Valley Road at light. At next light turn left onto Lanark Road. In 1.5 miles turn right onto Blue Church Road. Follow approximately 2.5 miles, turn right onto Old Bethlehem Pike. In approximately 1.5 miles turn right onto Rosedale Road. Continue onto Steinsburg Road and follow through right turn to remain on Steinsburg Road. We suggest all trailers take 309 (North or South) to 663 South, go just over 2 miles and turn Right onto Allentown Road. Follow Allentown Road for about 1 mile then turn Left onto Baumans Road which you will follow for about 1.5 miles before turning Right onto Steinsburg Road. The farm will be on your left and you should pass the main driveway and turn onto the gravel driveway at the end of the tree line. Parking will be in one of the paddocks.

Facility Accommodations / Rules: We ask that horses be hosed in the wash stall in the barn if needed. Additionally, registration, scoring, bathrooms, and complementary refreshments will be located in the barn. No hand walking in warm-up, or any riding arena. Please leave your canine companions at home, if you must bring them, they must remain in the parking area.
