I have woken
to the final contents of my life.
Fresh pages bound between my hands.
Air slipping in and out of my frozen body.
Above me, lights dangle like celestial beings.
Figures and numbers swirl through my fingertips.
I am alone like the days in my tower, documenting
discoveries with my own geometric shapes.
I am simply a part of nature and now I say
goodbye to the world as it
rotates around
me.
