I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of South Carolina. My research interests lie at the intersection of Development Economics, Public Economics, and Economic Demography.
I am currently working in four areas: (i) the economics of corruption, (ii) the impact of information-communication technologies (ICT) on economic development, (iii) the long-run persistence of economic shocks, and (iv) the measurement of health statistics.
