Monthly Rent
Regular Monthly Rent:
If less than 1 month, the daily rate (covered utilities) is $25/day. Minimum stay is 8 days.
Monthly savings if paid in full for entire lease term when receive keys:
Monthly Utilities (per person):
$5 if provided internet service.
$35 for hot/cold water, electric, gas, cooling in summer, and heating in winter;
The rates are fixed for entire lease term
