• Central air conditioner providing cooling in the summer and heating in the winter

• Each tenant has his/her own room

• Each tenant has his/her own refrigerator

• Furniture: desk, chair, bed, book shelves

• Public kitchens, showers and restrooms

• Washer/Dryer in the same building

Monthly Rent

• Regular Monthly Rent:

• If less than 1 month, the daily rates (covered utilities) are (1) $20/day if >=14 days, (2) $25/day if >=7 days, (3) $30/day if >=3 days. Minimum stay is 3 days.

• Monthly savings if paid in full for entire lease term when receive keys:

Monthly Utilities (per person):

• $5 if provided internet service.

• $35 for hot/cold water, electric, gas, cooling in summer, and heating in winter;

• The rates are fixed for entire lease term
