Description:
Plug your charging cable into your computer.
Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.

If your device is unresponsive:
Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
Run windirstat as administrator and verify that windows.edb is the culprit.

1) Get the latest executable here (and save to your computer) on a computer w/ internet. Save file to USB. Change version to current.

2) Start your current version of SQROT,
a) From the main menu, select 'Help | About Square Rotation Program (SQROT)';
b) Press the 'Open EXE Folder' button. This opens a file explorer to where the current executable is located.
c) Rename file 'sqrot.exe' to 'sqrot_5.50.exe';
d) Move the latest executable to this folder, and rename to 'sqrot.exe'.
3) Close then restart SQROT, and you should be upgraded.
