It is not a holiday home complex but a quiet permanent residential location. Respect for neighbours and quiet conduct is essential.
You are a few steps away from a double swimming pool area. One for children and one for good swimmers. There are two tennis courts and delightful gardens.
The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the superb public beach at Bain Boeuf and a short drive from the famous swimming beach of Pereybere and the busy town of Grand Bay with its shopping centres and restaurants.
This private villa is occasionally available for professionals and their families on short lets.
The price varies according to numbers in residence, length of stay and time of year.
The full price plus deposit is payable in advance by bank transfer.
On your first day you will be met by our local agent who will explain the house workings and arrangements for access and keys.
