(Note: Current renter has right of first refusal for the same month in the following year.  This is protected for 30 days following their rental.  As a result, reservations may not be made more than 11 months in advance.)

RENTAL TERMS: Your Total Rental Bill Will Include:
a) The sum of your monthly rental rates
b) 7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Development Tax
c) $50 cleaning fee
d) $500 security deposit (refundable following final inspection)

- A 35% Deposit of total monthly rent (line “a” above) is required to confirm a reservation. Please submit deposit payment with a completed application form (see attachment below).
- Full payment must be received 30 days in advance.
- Failure to meet this timing may result in forfeiture of deposit and loss of reservation.
- Payment must be made by either personal check, cashier’s check, or certified check
- No pets or smoking allowed in the condo.
- Because of the desire to maintain the charm of this community, the Condo Association enforces a few simple rules.  All guests must read and adhere to condo association Rules and Regulations listed below:

- All occupants must register in the notebook on top of the piano in the clubhouse upon arrival. This is necessary for "911 emergencies" or any deliveries

- There is only one parking space per unit, although a limited number of visitor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- All garbage must be put in plastic bags, tied securely, and placed in proper containers. Other items must be separated as required by the City of Venice recycling law, and set out only on the morning of pick-up. Recycling information may be found inside the condomium.

- Commercial & recreational vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trailers, and campers are prohibited in Aldea Mar.

- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool, clubhouse, putting green, or shuffleboard courts.

- No pets allowed.

- No smoking inside the unit.

- Maximum 5 person occupancy.
