Added the notion of Toggle Commands for devices without discrete commands for particular functions.

For example, a Denon AV Receiver does not allow direct selection for either Bank  or Station in the Tuner section; the only available commands are to move forwards or backwards for Stations and forwards for Banks.

The remotex4's Toggle Commands solution allows the definition of the available states (e.g. A, B, C, D for Bank), the presence or not of a backwards command and based on the current state of the particular function and the desired new value, calculates and issues the commands required to take the state to the new value. The solution also takes care of cases where cycling of a state (e.g. moving forwards from last Station 8 to Station 1) also affects the value of another state (e.g. moving forwards to next Bank).
