Anissa Garza is a third-year student in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program at The University of Memphis. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from Bates College in 2019. Anissa worked as a Research Technician at the National Center for PTSD in Boston, MA for 2.5 years. Her research interests include social ecological factors that promote positive development amongst racial/ethnic minority families exposed to adversity.
