The speed limit inside RBD is 20 KMPH. Near the clubhouse, especially, please observe slower speeds since children are often playing here.

No Parking areas are marked on the road surface. There are no designated parking areas. However, please do not park in front of gates. Please also park in a manner that allows through traffic, which may include water tankers.
