Lamar University- Email the fee waiver to admissions@lamar.edu 

Sam Houston State University- Email the fee waiver to admissions@shsu.edu  

Stephen F. Austin State University- Email the fee waiver to admissions@sfasu.edu  

Texas A&M University- if required to submit a fee waiver, upload to AIS (Applicant Information Center).  AIS account info is emailed to student 2-3 business days after application is submitted.

Texas Southern University- Email the fee waiver to admissions@tsu.edu    

Texas State University- Upload the fee waiver to your Texas State NetID.  Students can create a NetID after submitting the Texas State University application. 

Texas Tech University- Email the fee waiver & this form to admissions@ttu.edu 

UHCL- Email the fee waiver and this form to Admissions@uhcl.edu

UH Downtown- Email the fee waiver to UHDADMIT@uhd.edu 

UH Main- Submit the fee waiver via your MyUH student account   

University of North Texas- Email the fee waiver to adm.app@unt.edu 

University of Texas- application fee waiver may not be required.  If required, student can fill out this form and upload to the UT My Status account document uploader.

University of Texas at San Antonio- Email the fee waiver to onestop@utsa.edu or upload to UTSA document uploader in student portal
