Amazon's Voice assistant Echo is called Alexa

Speak to "her" and she will give you the information you require.

But you have to known what commands she understands

The first one to try is "Alexa, tell me a joke"

Both parties have to have :-

An Echo device.

A smart phone with the Alexa App.

The other parties phone number in their contacts.
