Terms and Conditions of order:

1. The Skip(s) are the property of the Firm.
2. If the Firm delivers and/or collects the skip(s), the customer will indemnify the Firm in respect of any actions costs and claims demands arising from damage to any property at which the customer is working or at which the skip is left as a result of the delivery or collection of the skip(s).
3. The customer will idemnify the Firm against all actions costs claims and demands brought by third parties in respect of the use of skip(s) by the customer in all respects.
4. The customer will use his best endeavors to leave the skip in a safe and secure position at night away from the highway but if the skip is left by the customer in or adjoining a highway or private road it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that it is properly lighted at all times at night in accordance with traffic regulations.
5. The customer will notify the Firm forthwith of any accident involving or damage to the skip(s).
6. The customer will use the skip(s) only at the location agreed in the terms of hire and shall not move the skip(s) to any other location or place whatsoever without the prior consent of the Firm in writing.
7. The customer will not over-load the skip(s) and the firm shall have an absolute right to remove material from the skip or take such steps as may be necessary to make the skips safe before movement.
8. No relaxations, forbearance or indulgence by the Firm in enforcing any of these terms and conditions shall prejudice or affect the rights and powers of the Firm hereunder nor shall any waiver of any breach of terms and conditions operate as a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.
9. The rubbish contained in these skips will become property of the Firm.
10. No toxic waste or asbestos should be placed in the skip.
11. The Firm reserves the right to charge for any repairs which may be required should the skip be damaged whilst on hire to the company.
12. No fires are allowed in the skips.
13. Rapid Skips accept no responsibility for damage- however caused.
