Cognitive Radio Networks

Cognitive Radio Networks can use scarce spectrum  efficiently and envision as emerging technologies that can fulfill the future demands. In Cognitive Radio Networks, users (or secondary users/ unlicensed users) sense channels and use the  idle channels and vacate the channel on being use by primary licensed users so that cognitive users do not interfere with  the license users.

Development of Device Driver’ for various Peripherals of STR- E912 (ARM9) Development Board.

This project was a part of Embedded System in which device drivers for STR-E912 had been developed. But the part of team (3 members) was to develop device drivers for UART. Coding was done in assembly language to configure peripheral of the board.

On Data Distribution in Multipath TCP

Multi-homed environments are increasingly common, especially for data centers, mobile users

and today’s Internet devices. To effectively utilize the multiple links between two communi-

cating end users it is needed to use all the available interfaces for data distribution. Multipath

TCP is an approach that enables end users to distribute data over available interfaces simultane-

ously.
