Recreation Area Board
The Rainberry Recreation Area Governing Board, aka The Rec Board oversees the common ground areas and amenties of the community. The Rec Board oversees:
the entrance into the community
guard booth and the guards
gates
tennis courts & basketball court
main pool
parking lots and the common grounds in and around these areas
The Board is made up of members from both Rainberry Homes and The Villas. Jim Vedder and Steve Rosenblit represent Rainberry Homes.
The Board meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month @ 7:00 p.m. at the main pool weather permitting.
The Lake Board
The Lake Board manages all issues for Rainberry Lake as well as the boat gate at the north end of the lake. The Lake Board oversees:
re-stocking of fish
maintaining the lake gate
suppling lake gate remotes
removing/spraying the weeds along the shore line consists of:

New residents can obtain a private gate remote from a member of the lake board. You will be able to access Lake Ida, Lake Eden, the E-4 Canal and Lake Osbourne. The current size limit is 8 feet wide by 18 feet long.
The Board is made up of members from Rainberry Homes, The Villas and The Pines, all properties that abut our beautiful lake. Joel Frenette represents Rainberry Homes.
The Board meets every other month at The Pines of Delray North Clubhouse library.
