My main research and professional interests are at the intersection of labor and development economics and public policy, particularly in designing and evaluating policy interventions related to skills formation, TVET programs, and labor intermediation services. I am an independent consultant and hold research affiliations with University College London (UCL), the University of Oxford (Oxford Department of International Development - ODID\Young Lives & the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance - SKOPE), and the University of Warwick (Insitute for Employment Research). I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex.
