My main research and professional interests are at the intersection of labor and development economics and public policy, particularly in the design and evaluation of policy interventions related to skills formation, TVET programs, and labor intermediation services. I am an independent consultant, a Senior Research Fellow at University College London (UCL), a Research Associate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID\Young Lives), and an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE) at the University of Oxford. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex.
