Rafael Novella

I work at the Labor Markets and Social Security Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). My work at the IDB consists on designing and evaluating policy interventions related to skills formation and labour intermediation. I am also a Research Associate at the Oxford Department of International Development (ODID\Young Lives); a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Economics at Middlesex University; and, an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE) at the University of Oxford. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex.
