What to bring

＊ vaccination certificate (if not vaccinated in our clinic)

     5 or more combined within 3 years (within 1 year for dog less than 2 years old)

• • Cat： ３or more combined within 3 years (within 1 year for cats less than 2 years old) 

＊ Food and treats （especially dog with sensitive stomach）

Read Me !   

1. Animal with suspected serious infectious disease will be treated in isolation ward

2. Currently we do not provide 24 hrs operation services staff will be absent after hour

3. Fleas and ticks will be treated whenever found with extracharge for necessary medications 

4. Due to sudden loss of condition and urgency, with our vet's reasonable judgement, we may provide necessary treatments, tests, and care before owner's consent. In such case, treatments, tests, and care cost will be charged separately.  

5. We are not responsible for unexpected sudden death, disease onset, or any injury / death attribute to natural disaster or unavoidable accidents.

6. Those animals left more than 7 days beyond scheduled term and the owner is not contactable, the animal will be considered abandoned.
