RAC is newly established full service veterinary clinic/hospital that cares dogs, cats, and exotics including birds, small mammals (e.g. guinea pigs and rabbits) and reptiles. We are very closely located to Yokohama Arena and Kouhoku ward Police Dept, you will easily find us near by these landmarks. (see location)
More than the average
Our dedicated staff provides compassionate care to our patients. Our state-of-the-art equipment e.g. digital x ray system, ultrasound and laboratory help us to reach faster and more accurate diagnosis. Our experienced vet also constantly update knowledge and information to introduce new treatments and medications.
Series of adverse effects of the pain and the importance of pain control is well documented in modern medicine. We carefully assess each patient’s condition to establish optimal pain management, which will improve the patient’s comfort and greatly enhance recovery. We take every measure to achieve uneventful anesthesia during surgery. IV access is established every patient going through anesthesia and the patient is monitored closely through out the procedures. Recording is taken place every 5 minutes to check patient’s condition. These are just a few example of what we routinely perform. We believe that we provide the highest standard of medicine in our community.
Our door is always open
Beyond first rate patient care, our clinic provides comfortable, friendly and a very welcoming environment. Once you enter the door, you will experience cozy relaxed mood in our reception/waiting room. Our friendly staff will guide you to check in or answer your questions. A separate waiting area may be provided, whenever necessary, to minimize the stress of patients.
Hotel, bath, and grooming services are also available. Complementary wellness check will be provided upon presentation of your pet.
For international travelers, prep support is available with English documentation as well as regulatory advise. Full English consultation is also available according to your needs.
Not just a vet clinic
RAC is not just a vet clinic. We understand our role and contribute to our local community especially in public health, humane society, and educational field. Donation activity is just an example and will keep expanding our social activity and contribution to the community.

Various pet insurance can be used. On sight calculation and fee deduction can be applied to "Anicom pet insurance"and "ipet pet insurance" card holders.
Other insurance holders, please bring the insurance form provided by your insurance company and we will fill the form for your insurance application.
