Summary of feedback to date:
This year was mostly worthwhile for the majority.
Everyone felt it was too late (too close to holidays) in the season so next year we'll try and go earlier. I am looking at Nov 18, 19, 20 for next year. Any preference on Fri or Sat or Sun? Thoughts on multi-day?
The time of seemed OK, with a few suggestions to start at lunch. Thoughts? Otherwise we'll do 4-7 next year as well.

Based on the comments I also did not clearly explain "Rack Gives Back." There was a print out on the raffle table, a link on the website and links on all ads (next three days, etc) so any advice on to how to better convey information about it (should i put a sentence and a link, what else?) would be awesome.
There was also a suggestion to rent space but I don't actually have any funds to work with so I have to go with whatever space I can get for free. If anyone can think of a place closer to downtown that might let us have space free that would be cool.
