Convert Keyence Measurements to Qdas

Our customers convert Measurement Data from Keyence controller into Qdas ASCII Transfer Data Format on the assembly line real-time. The Keyence Controllers support the creation of CSV files. The Qdas Csv Converter takes the CSV file created by the Keyence controller and converts it. Part Number, Serial Number, Cell, and many other data points are also available in the Qdas CSV Converter software for configuration.

Many Keyence Models also support communication through .net libraries that we can use to access the data to make the Qdas Files.

Our Latest application took a VR 5000 Series to measure Surface finish and report to Qdas.
