There's a specific trash can for Energy waste (energiajae), which is very usefull. This can be used for most packing material when properly washed.

The trash site is not for random waste! Anything that doesn’t fit in the cans (furniture etc.) and hazardous waste should always be taken directly to the landfill. This is YOUR responsibility!

If you prefer not to receive ads in mail, you can find “Ei mainoksia” –stickers (no ads) in the closet in the common room.
