MEETING REMINDER - Our October 2026 meeting will be at the IBEW hall (2901 Farabaugh Lane) on October the 14th, at 6:00 pm.
At our September meeting, Many members brought and demonstrated favorite and special turning tools and gadgets. There was much interest and many interesting questions as a result of this special presentation. A big thanks to everyone that participated in this unique presentation.
October Demonstration, Jim Weiler- Will be demonstrating his inside-outside tea lights/Christmas ornaments.
Dues, It is time to start thinking about 2027 dues payment. You can make your $30 ($15 for co-members) to Carl.
Elections, Elections will be held at our November meeting. Available positions are President, Vise President, Secretary, and Treasure. Also Board Members. If you are interested in one of these positions or have someone in mind to nominate, please let us know. We do have nominations or show of interest for Vice President, Secretary, and Treasure, however are in need of Show of interest or nomination for President.
Own Your Own, Art Event at Sangre de Cristo Art Ctr. We will be collecting pieces to include in the Holiday OYO Event/Sale at our November meeting. Please plan to be working on something to be included and sold as part of this important club fund raiser. A couple of volunteers are needed to collect and log the pieces.
Dinner and Social: The location for "Dinner and Social" will be Toni & Joe’s Pizzeria located at 2039 Columbia Dr. at 4:00.
