AOR 8200 Bandscope

The AOR 8200 Bandscope mode is a frequency analyzer that in addition to displaying on the built-in LCD screen also sends data over the computer interface.  It took me a bit to figure out the protocol even with the published documentation.

Here is the code I used.  It apparently works.

The stronger signal on the left is CB channel 1 (26.965 Mhz).  The slightly off value of 29.97 presented in the UI is incorrect due to a limitation of the resolution available off the AOR.
