Rates and Terms

I charge $30.00 per hour, and I do not charge for travel within the immediate Chicago area. Other expenses (photocopies, death certificates, etc.) are invoiced to clients at cost.

I customarily require a $60.00 retainer before I can begin work, but this may be waived for small tasks. Generally, I agree with a client on a certain number of hours of work and deliver a written report at the end of that time.

I accept payment by Personal Check or Money Order.
