Peggy Tuck Sinko has over 20 years experience in historical and genealogical research in the Chicago, Illinois area and surrounding suburbs. In these activities she regularly draws upon the resources of Chicago area sources such as the Newberry Library, the Chicago History Museum, Circuit Court Archives, and many local cemeteries.
At Chicago’s Newberry Library Peggy was a past associate editor of the Atlas of Historical County Boundaries, and was past curator of the Department of Local and Family History and is the author of the Guide to Local and Family History at the Newberry Library. Published by The Newberry Library, 1987. She has spoken throughout the Chicago area to historical societies and genealogical interest groups.
