Meetings will generally be on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings are held in the conference room at TBPS and generally run an hour.
No advance notice is necessary and you may participate in the discussion! If you have a specific agenda item you'd like to discuss, it's helpful to get in touch first.
We try to update our meeting notes (minutes) on the web (click here), but sometimes get a bit behind. If you want to be as up-to-date as possible, contact Scott Benson and ask to be put on our mailing list -- when the Secretary sends out minutes after each meeting, you'll get the skinny too.
