Family Tree Campaign
Welcome to Eisenhower Elementary! September is Eisenhower Family Tree giving month, our PTA's only direct appeal fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise at least $80,000 to directly support Ike needs that are not covered by BVSD.
To reach our goal, we are asking for tax-deductible financial contributions of $250 per student. We know not all of our families may be able to do this and we know some families are able to do more. Please donate at whatever level feels best for your family. We appreciate your support!
Why We Need Your Support
Low State Funding: Colorado ranks 37th in K-12 student funding nationally. Our school has $1,892 less per student to spend on critical programs than the national average.
High Student-Teacher Ratios: Due to declining BVSD enrollment, most of our classrooms are near maximum capacity and the student-teacher ratio is higher than before. This means teachers need the help of paraeducators to make sure every student gets the attention they need to succeed.
How Your Donation Supports Eisenhower Students and Teachers
Over 90% of our family tree campaign funds are allocated to paraprofessionals, but our PTA helps support a wide range of needs at Eisenhower. Our proposed budget for the 2023-2024 school year is nearly $135K and breaks down roughly as:
$88,000 Paraprofessionals
$21,000 Academic Support
$15,000 Chromebooks
$5,800 Staff Appreciation & Grade Level Events
$3,500 Eisenhower Operations & Program
The vast majority of our funding comes through our one direct appeal each fall with the Family Tree Campaign.

Set up recurring donations to spread the $250 per student over 5 or 10 months with PayPal:
Family Tree 5 - $50/month for 5 months (can select multiple quantities for multiple students)
Family Tree 10 - $25/month for 10 months (can select multiple quantities for multiple students)
