Volunteer

The PTA relies on the helping hands of volunteers. There's no better way to have a positive impact and get to know your school and community.

Here is where we will list opportunities for Volunteer Sign Ups we'll need throughout the year. 

Interested in something? Sign up! We'll be notified and give you more information and confirm your involvement closer to the date. 

Birthday Books

• Days: 9/8 and then first Tuesday morning of every month

• Time: Start of school: 7:45 - 8:45 a.m.

• Where: Brookfield Cafeteria

• What's involved: Setup books on tables, gather birthday students from class, help students choose books, help students back to class.

Science Fair Judge

• Date: TBD (January or March)

• Time: Right after school, around 3:15 p.m.

• Where: Brookfield Cafeteria

• What's involved: As a judge, you are paired with one or two more judges and given a rubric to grade student presentations. You'll be assigned a grade or table and grade each project. The event takes about 1-2 hours. If you're interested at all, sign up and we'll contact you when event details are finalized to see if you can still volunteer. Thank you!

Fresh Pack

• Days: Fridays (or last day of school before long weekend/holiday)

• Time: 8 a.m.

• Where: The Old Family Center in the South Wing

• What's involved: Pack food lunches for students and families with other volunteers. We evenly distribute food items into paper bags, staple the bags, and then put them in the fridges until they are distributed.
