Getting to and around Princeton

Getting to Princeton

The easiest way to get to Princeton from outside of the tri-state area is to fly to Newark Airport and take New Jersey Transit from Newark Airport to Princeton Junction, changing their for the Dinky to Princeton Station. Other travel options, including driving and parking, are given on the Princeton University website here:

Limo services are listed here:

Cabs from Princeton Junction to Palmer Square run about $18-20.

Princeton Station is a 10-15 minute walk to the center of campus and another 5 minutes to Palmer Square/the center of town. Tiger Transit's Circle Line, which runs approximately every 5-10 minutes, goes from behind the train station to the center of campus (Firestone Library). To take the Circle Line, cross the railway tracks and wait at the bus stop marked "West Garage."

An interactive campus map is available here. It shows Tiger Transit routes, parking, and all buildings.

The closest hotel to campus is the Nassau Inn (http://www.nassauinn.com/). We regret that we do not have blocks available for those attending the conference who are not speakers. For those with a car, other options are available along Route 1. The Princeton travel site gives a list of nearby hotels:
