Paper 1 and 2 - very short, give examples of real-world collaborative processes (Paper 1 old paper, but cited a lot; Paper 2 - current project)

Paper 3 - generic infrastructure for measuring the user's activity in collaboration systems

Paper 4 - good overview paper, added it, in case you need a reference

Paper 5 - OntoWiki - a collaborative Web-based ontology editor, very similar to WebProtege
