Who We Are
Washington County Right to Life (WCRTL) is an independent, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization of people in and around Washington County who believe every human being, born and pre-born, old and young, has an inherent right to life.
What We Believe
Every human life is sacred from the moment of conception.
Every human life is beautiful and valuable, and that it should not be cut short by abortion, infanticide or euthanasia.
The unborn, the handicapped and the elderly should be protected by law.
Women have a right to know the facts about abortion.
No woman should ever be forced to choose abortion because of financial or social pressures.
Taxpayers should not be required to pay for unethical procedures such as abortion and embryonic stem cell research.
What We Do
WCRTL strives to be a voice for the voiceless in Washington County and surrounding areas. We work to educate the public about all issues related to life, including fetal development, current laws, upcoming legislation and the devastation that abortion causes women.
