I lead a team in the Intelligent Transport Systems Lab to conduct multi-disciplinary collaborative research guided by industry and end-users’ needs, to develop solutions for urban congestion and efficient traffic management.
We are currently working on optimal traffic signal control, stochastic traffic assignment and real-time user route guidance.
Current collaborators: Neil Walton (University of Amsterdam), Serge Hoogendoorn (TU Delft), The Netherlands, Dong NgoDuy (University of Leeds), UK, and Manoj Panda (Swinburne).
We are currently working on safety applications based on V2V communication and TCP over V2I infrastructure.
Current collaborator(s): Michel Mandjes (University of Amsterdam), The Netherlands, Sammy Chan (CityU, HongKong), Lachlan Andrew (Monash), Bao Vo and Manoj Panda (Swinburne).
We are currently working on spatial partitioning of urban traffic network and big data visualisation.
Current collaborators: Chengfei Liu and John Grundy (Swinburne), and Chris Leckie (University of Melbourne).
