FAQ for special overseas orders

Overview:

Here's the reality and a crash course on importing products from overseas. For smaller operations, there are higher levels of risk that are involved when buying products from overseas suppliers. Much like Walmart, we establish ongoing relationships with suppliers so you have the benefit of of our high volume purchasing from these suppliers AND we do all the work.

Retailers like Walmart, have manufacturing facilities an intimate relationships with established manufacturers, and require strict quality management. They are such a large importing corporation that they have virtually zero risk when dealing with suppliers because they personally coordinate the shipments dock to dock.

Q: How long does a typical shipment take to be delivered?

A: Delivery time depends on whether we already stock the item or need to special order. Some shipments may be delayed because of US Customs inspections or other government agencies such as the FDA, or FCC, ect. Also depends on the size of the shipment. Some shipments can take one week. Others can take 30 days or longer. This is part of the cost of receiving items at lower cost.

Q: What products can I NOT order?

A: We do our best to prevent disappointment or problems. Therefore, we take it upon ourselves to not to deal with products that tend to be or have a high risk to be low quality, or potential for copyright infringement. We take copyright infringement very serious.

• name brand products like: Coach, Apple, Samsung, Abercrombie, Sony, ect

Q: What types of products CAN I order?

A: Our specialty is in the consumer electronics industry. Products such as Drones, 3D Printing, and Virtual reality devices and accessories are becoming increasingly popular on Ebay and Amazon. We do however have contact with suppliers for all kinds of other product as well such as textiles, materials, tools, clothes, ect. The best thing to do is send us an inquiry. We will tell you quickly if the product is acceptable

Q: I am concerned about the quality of the item

A: We are too. We will classify certain products to you upfront.

• “Medium Quality Risk” - This level has a potential for a certain percentage to be of low quality or defective upon receipt.

• “High Quality Risk” - This level has a higher potential for low quality or defective products.

Because we are dealing with international orders and large quantities, there are no options for returns at this time. However, we only deal with reputable suppliers and we want repeatable business. If you have any questions or doubts, please pick up with phone and call us. We provide personalized support. It is important that you have as much information about the specific product as possible, so that you may make the best informed decisions

Q: Can the order be canceled?

A: No, because the products are being purchased from overseas, there is no way to stop or cancel an order. We will fulfill our commitment, it is expected that you fulfill yours.

Q: What happens if I fail to follow through with the order after it has been placed?

A: Hopefully this is never an issue. In the unlikely event this does become an issue, the deposit will be forfeit and the company will handle the situation as a breach of contract.

Q: What happens if I don’t like the product or if it is not what I expected?

A: We will try handle this on a case by case basis. Upfront communication is the best option at the start. We will provide you with all of the information that we have for the products including video, photos, and specifications, all according to our supplier. Please understand that when importing products from overseas there is a level of risk involved. Quality is the biggest factor when importing, that’s why we strive to pick our suppliers very carefully. This is why we are strategic import traders.
