Hi Tom. I felt great all through Friday. Saturday my back was a little stiff and now I have black and blues on my lower stomach and just below the knee on one leg. Thomas completely soothes and relaxes me and the environment is very comfortable., Just as you start to melt into the table, his technique transforms into a deeper, more rhythmic intensity. He never stops rubbing, stroking, kneading... I can honestly say I did not want it to end. It was a great experience.
