1997 Minutes
The 65th annual edition of the Pritchard Reunion was held on July 13, 1997 at the Dillabaugh residence in Greely, with approximately 85 people in attendance. There was a special welcome for Mrs. Mitchell, Bing Thompson’s fiancée.
Cheryl Layer and June Gifford provided games for the children, who also much appreciated the waterslides as the weather was sunny and very hot. Dave Gurney gave rides in his 1925 Maxwell, and of course there was good food for all.
The executive agreed to continue for another year, with Rick Johannsen as President, Elizabeth Pritchard as Secretary, June Gifford and Cheryl Layer as games organizers, and Sondra Dillabaugh as Treasurer.
Treasurer’s Report:
There was no Pritchard cemetery clean-up.
It was not decided where the 1998 reunion would be held; possibilities were the Gurney residence or the Johannsen cottages.
