Cleansing means removing used-up, diseased, or stagnant energy from the aura, chakras, or affected body parts. The idea is that just like dirt must be cleaned from the body before applying medicine, dirty energy must be removed before energizing with fresh prana.
General Cleansing – removing unwanted energy from the aura or body.
Localized Cleansing – focusing on the specific chakra or area affected (e.g., stomach, throat, joints).
Deep Cleansing – used for stubborn energy blockages or chronic conditions.
Sweeping:
The healer uses their hands to “sweep” away diseased energy from the patient’s body or chakra.
The hand movements are typically downward and outward, flicking the energy away.
Disposal of Energy:
Removed energy is “thrown” into a saltwater bowl (salt absorbs and breaks down negative energy, water contains it).
This prevents contamination of the healer or the environment.
Energetic Hygiene:
The healer regularly cleans their own hands, chakras, and aura to avoid absorbing dirty energy.
Prevents diseased energy from blocking energy flow.
Allows faster healing, as energizing works better on a clean chakra.
Reduces healer contamination.
Creates a lighter, calmer feeling for the patient.
⚠️ Important Note:
Pranic Healing is a complementary practice, not a substitute for medical care. Proper medical diagnosis and treatment should always be sought.
