Notes: This works attempts to locate the artist who is from the south, in the Hindu Tamil culture in North, Jaffna. Red and white stripes are seen in Hindu temple walls, separating the purity from the impure worldly life. Artist positions himself with such red and white strips. The image is then further cut into strips and woven back to rebuild it. (written by Lalith Manage, 2013)
