- How far do you travel before a travel fee is incurred?
- We travel 40 miles outside of Hammond, LA. We add $1.00 for each additional mile over that.
- How long will it take for my prints to come out?
- We use a high quality printer that will print your photo in 16 seconds or less.
- Will they fade to nothing after a week or so?
- Prints are made using the same technology as one hour photo labs. So there is no need to wait for your print to dry, and risk smudging it all up. When it comes out it's all done, dry, and ready to enjoy! Your strips should also last you more than a lifetime.
- How many photos can the booth take per hour?
- Unlimited. Two copies are automatically printed of each photo strip and more when you choose our Gold Package
- Do we need any special kind of hookup or facilities, to set up the photo booth on-site?
- A normal AC power source is all that is needed (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) preferably within 10-20 feet.
- What do I have to do to reserve the photo/video booth?
- Sign a rental agreement and pay a deposit (50% of total fee). This will reserve you slot in our calendar. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event or at a determined point.
- What happens if I need to cancel or change the date?
- Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 15 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new signed rental agreement. If there is no availability for the alternative date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than 15 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.
- Will the photos from my event be posted on the internet?
- Not unless you say so! Along with the rental agreement you will sign (or not sign) an agreement for us to post your photos to Facebook or our website etc. It’s your choice.
- How far in advance do I need to book?
- Reserve your date as soon as you know. Dates fill up exceptionally fast during peek seasons. If you have an event that is short notice, contact us as soon as possible.
- I am from a school or non-profit organization, do you offer special discounts?
- Yes! We offer discounts to schools, proms, dances, non-profit and community events. Also for police, military and fireman.
- Do you offer a scrapbook for the host/bride/groom?
- We do! Our Gold Package includes the scrapbook as well as the supplies and assistance by our attendants. If you would like a different package you can always add the scrapbook!
