Panagiotis Papaioannou holds a Bachelorʼs Degree in Physics and a Master's in Information Systems. Since 2013 he has been a PhD Candidate at the University of Piraeus (Department of Informatics). He is also a Certified Systemic Analyst Professional (CSAP) specialising in Project Management.

Panagiotis has profound professional experience in the field of Software Engineering & Development. For more than 25 years, he has served as an Analyst Programmer and IT Liaison at EYDAP SA (Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company). Since January 2022, he has been the Director of Data Governance of the Company.

He is an active member of the Hellenic Society for Systemic Studies (HSSS).
