2. We should be notified immediately of the examination's result by email t-pool@columbus.rr.com
3. If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, you may return the puppy to us within 1 week for an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the puppy to us at their expense.
4. We guarantee the puppy against fatal viruses for 72 hours. These include, Distemper, Parvo, and Para influenza. It does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough which is common in pups that are shipped. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.
5. The puppy is guaranteed until one (1) year of age against fatal or severly life altering congenital and genetic disease which would interfer with you pets ability to lead a normal life.
6. We must be notified of the problem within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination, we reserve the right to a second opinion by our veterinarian. If the two reports come to the same conclusion we will upon return of the puppy provide a replacement puppy if one is available or a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for any transportation costs of the replacement puppy and the return of the other puppy. All above claims will only be honored with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
7. We will not under any circumstances be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she is responsible for all payments.
8. Buyer should keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, deworming, and heartworm treatment. Your puppy is counting on you to keep him/her healthy.
9. The breeder has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the physical soundness and temperment of the puppy, including that its parents have no known hereditary defects. However NO REPLACEMENTS for temperment shall be given, as this is enviornmental and buyer responsibility. Some responsibility is the buyers as to proper feeding, exercise, socializing and training, all of which have a bearing on the end result of a sound adult dog. I can not stress enough how important proper handling, training and socializing are to your puppy.
10. Safty of the puppy is transfered over to the buyer once the puppy has left the hands of the seller.
