Tuesdays are for ALL AGES. Thursdays are for ADULTS ONLY.
Come try your first Aquafit Class for FREE!!!
Please invite friends and get your families involved. This class is for ages 6 and up, and all fitness levels. We can accommodate your needs and ensure you have a great time. This class is not geared exclusively toward women either! It is a great class for all. Even your husband would like it AND get a great workout! Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels so that you get the workout you desire. Come and try your first class for free!
NOTE: If children attend this class, they must follow all rules and instructions in order to promote a fun and safe class for all. If children do not follow the rules or are distracting, they will not be able to participate.

Mondays and Fridays 6:45-7:30 AM
Sundays 5-6 PM
Swim 5 Miles Bike 125 Miles Run/Walk 75 Miles
$15 Entry Fee
***Participants who complete the TYT will receive a TYT t-shirt!

Breaking Down the TYT by WEEK and DAY:
SWIM INFO -- How To Figure Out How to Swim 5 Miles:
Our pool is 83 feet long and 42 feet wide.
LAP SWIMMING -- 64 Lengths (32 Laps) = 1 Mile
WATER WALKING -- 126 Lengths (63 Times Across & Back the short way) = 1 Mile
Breaking this down to the TYT Challenge, which is about 8 weeks long. . .
That's 40 Lengths of Lap Swim per Week or 20 Laps.
OR. . .
That's about 79 Lengths of Water Walking per Week or about 40 times across and back.
