Microphone - Muted when not speaking

Camera - On (and smile!!)

Questions - Type ????? at the beginning so our Chat Monitors find it

Chat Intros - “Hello” message, contact info & job interests

Be courteous, respectful and professional

Tech Check – Test your audio/video BEFORE the meeting to avoid delays

Display Name – Use full name so hosts & members can recognize you

Background – Choose a clean, non‑distracting background (virtual or real)

Interuptions – Silence phone & desktop alerts to avoid interruptions

Participation – Stay engaged; nod or react to show you're present

Stay Present – Avoid multitasking
