Topological persistence in geometry and analysis -revision

This is an erratum to Chapters 8 and 9 of the book. The main corrections include: 

• conventions about the Conley-Zehnder index in Chapter 8;

• the grading of SH in Section 9.3;

• Definition 9.4.2 of the Symplectic Banach-Mazur distance.

In addition, some new material is added:

• the proof of the triangle inequality of the Symplectic Banach-Mazur distance due to Stojisavljevic and Zhang (Proposition 9.4.4);

• a short survey of the literature about the Symplectic Banach-Mazur distance, including some recent developments (pp.103-104);

• An alternative definition of the Symplectic Banach-Mazur distance (which in fact was the definition in the published version of the book).  The corresponding stability property involves an enhanced Isometry Theorem for persistence modules based on a recent work by Usher ( Section 9.8).
