Handling of Library Resources:

Library Clearance:

At the time of leaving the Institute finally, the member of library must submit the library property, if it is issued or lying with member, to the PMEC Central Library and member must obtain a "Library Clearance" certificate from the PMEC Central Library, in order to ensure that member does not have any overdue charge with him/her.

However a user may have to take clearance from PMEC-CL if the user lost the ID card. The new ID card registration done only after the clearance procedure.
